Even Iam facing same problem

in the device list my device name is there but not able to connect

Also, could you try changing the UUID's to 128-bit UUID's?

Yes, it is the android version and i have been using android studio to modify these values and send it to my phone. I changed the service UUID to

1baa00-360a-4046-aacf-4db15121e49a

and the characteristic uuid to

1b8aa01-360a-4046-aacf-4db15121e49a

Is there something with the UUID's that restrict the usage that I am unaware of?

Are you working with the Android version of the nRF Toolbox app?

What did you change HR_SERVICE_UUID and HEART_RATE_MEASUREMENT_CHARACTERISTIC_UUID to?
