I use my DevZone's email trying to apply SUPL-C license again(I make sure that I have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago),but it was still rejected. My DevZone's email is 1622296203@qq.com.I was confused.

Is your email, hurry@xbeacon.net, registered to your DevZone account? We have updated the landing page of SUPL download:

You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
You must be a member of the DevZone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license
You must have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago.

Also, please make sure that you are using the same computer, browser and email address for signup and download.
