I have similar issue.

The device suddenly disappeared. And I cannot adding or reset that device.

Martin Lesundcould you reset my device as well? or is there something i can do on my side?

Hi,

I have similar issue with this device:
nrf-352656101115270

Mostly likely I messed up with accounts, cause i was able register the device once but i cant recall anymore username or find it from inbox.

user66115could you reset my device as well? or is there something i can do on my side?

Hi spkane31,
We have now deleted the device, you should be able to associate it again.
In our database we saw that you have two nrfcloud.com accounts (not Devzone) created with the same email.
(most likely the device was added to the other account)

Hi spkane31,

I suggest that you log out of your account and try to "sign in with devzone" and check if the device is there.
If it is not, log out again and log in using the other option. (email + password)

(even if it's the same email as for your Devzone account, it will still be a separate account)

If there is still an issue we will try to do a hard reset from our side.

I associated it with my account earlier in the week but now it is not seen under my devices. I cannot register it nor can I forget the device.

Hi Spkane31,
Have you connected with Devzone or via a separate new nRF Cloud account?

I suspect that you may have associated it via one account and then maybe logged OFF and then connected to another Cloud account?

Can you confirm that this device has never been associated with an account?
