Hi Team,

working environment:

nRF52840 DK

nRF5_SDK_17.1.0_adde560

Keil-uVision 5 IDE

windows 10 pro OS

working with usbd_hid_composite example.

now, would like to add new functionalities to buttons like volume up or open chrome .

how to do this. some initial guidelines may help me to dig further.

Hi,

Editing the usbd classes isn't straight forward, as the expected format is now changed when adding a new descriptor.

I would recommend that you look at the "usbd" example instead, and add your descriptor to that example.

Here's a modified version of the usbd example that adds a generic HID descriptor:
