Cant find any alternative list of MOSFETs that we where looking in to using, it quite some time ago so i asked the original engineer designing the circuit.
One thing that might also impact the result it the threshold voltage for gate source, VGS_th as well as timing. Difficult to say what is the cause of the volume drop.

But unfortunately dont think i can be of more help.

Thanks for the reply.

- The diode is BZT52C2V4T (Diodes Incorporated).

- If the volume size of dmc2400 is 10, the volume of SSM6L14FE(TE85L,F) is about 6-7.

I dont have any alternative components so you might have too do som digging to find a MOSFET that matches the specs of the DMC2400UV.

This could be a factor that effects the result but difficult to say exactly.

What diodes are you using?
