I'm using nRF52832 with BME688 Bosch sensor. I'm using APIs that are provided by Bosch, but I have to adapt them to nRF52832 microcontroller.
In particular, I'm not sure if the comunication with TWI is correct.
I write this two functions to

RE: TWI comunication to read/write register

Sounds to me that the next step is looking at the serial data with a logic analyzer.

Also, I use TWI to comunicate with other sensor (for these sensors the functions were already ready).

RE: TWI comunication to read/write register

Anything can be wrong here, I would have started with a logic analyzer trace to see if there is NACK or ACK on the serial data. For instance you may start with the twi scanner example from the nRF5 SDK as a start to ensure that you have the correct twi address of the sensor. Make sure that there are e.g. 10kohm pull up resistors on the twi pins.
