&lt;div&gt;According to our IC expat , With the uncalibrated values of internal oscillators can have accuracy of +/-15% across full PVT (process, voltage and temperature).&amp;nbsp; But following the guidelines described in section 4.12.1.1 (Using internal capacitors) of the product specification, it can be improved up to +\-5%.&amp;nbsp; you can find exact capvalue ( internal capacitance should be in between 7.0 pF and 20.0 pf in 0.5 pf steps).&amp;nbsp;Then you would get accuracy approx &amp;lt;+/- 5%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
