I did find that reverting to nRF Connect for Desktop v3.11.0 allowed the programmer utility to work again. Installing v3.11.1 caused it to fail again. In both installations, the programmer utility version is v3.0.0. Perhaps that's a useful data point.

RE: nRFconnect and jlink 7.64d upgraded and now nrfconnect and jlink unuseable

Hi Dan,

A J-Link flasher should work as long as you have an nRF device connected for flashing onto it as far as I know. Just to make sure, are you using v3.11.0 of the nRF Connect for Desktop app and v3.0.0 of the Programmer app? If not, try updating these. Can you also upload the full log so we can get a better look? You can also do Ctrl+Shift+I in the Programmer app to get an info window up. If you add a print of that as well it might be helpful.

Are you able to use nrfjprog to flash nRF devices with your J-Link flasher in the meantime?
