&lt;p&gt;Yes, I used the Toolchain manager in&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nRF Connect Desktop.&lt;br /&gt;After I tested it with the python from the toolchain, it didn&amp;#39;t work, just as shown in the picture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;However, after rebooting the computer I got it to work with the supplied phyton, so I am ok now.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Did you install the nRF Connect SDK(NCS) by using the Toolchain manager in nRF Connect Desktop? Can you try to reinstall it? It should set all dependencies needed to use NCS.&lt;/p&gt;
