&lt;p&gt;You can set with the&amp;nbsp;Extra CMake arguments, see &lt;a href="https://nrfconnect.github.io/vscode-nrf-connect/connect/build_app.html?h=extra+cmake+arguments#setting-up-a-build-configuration"&gt;Setting up a build configuration&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;doc. Without the given path to usb_cdc_acm_log_recovery.conf, it will source bootloader\mcuboot\boot\zephyr\usb_cdc_acm_log_recovery.conf&lt;/p&gt;
