Ya , i am able to build my project. it was issue in folder structure. i followed the below link and it got resolved .

The issue here seems to be related to the bl653 is that it doesn't have an external LF crystal. Try setting these configs in your prj.conf file.

CONFIG_CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_K32SRC_RC=y
CONFIG_CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_K32SRC_XTAL=n

Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the bl653 uses the nRF52833, which does not have a QSPI peripheral. That will cause trouble if you are planning on using the QSPI peripheral at all.
