&lt;p&gt;The issue here seems to be related to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bl653&lt;/strong&gt; is that it doesn&amp;#39;t have an external LF crystal. Try setting these configs in your prj.conf file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Additionally, it&amp;#39;s worth mentioning that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;bl653&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;uses the nRF52833, which does not have a QSPI peripheral. That will cause trouble if you are planning on using the QSPI peripheral at all.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
