I'm on the development of a biomedical application using nrf52832 module. Would like to know if the CPU core can be able to isolate itself (ignore all incoming interrupts), turn bluetooth completely off, and occupy only the external sensor over

RE: turn off bluetooth of nrf52832

Hi,

You can disable the Softdevice using the Softdevice Manager Functions. If the softdevice is disabled, there will be no BLE activity, and you have access to all peripherals and priority levels. If the softdevice is enabled, some priorities and peripherals will be unavailable for the application. See System on Chip resource requirements and Interrupt model and processor availability.

You can control the interrupts from application, either through the NVIC peripheral or through the INTEN registers in each peripheral.
