&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;nRF Connect SDK 1.9.99 is the current state of main between&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.9.x and 2.0.0, so this is bleeding&amp;nbsp;edge and you should normally expect issues. I do not have anything&amp;nbsp;to add other than what you found in &lt;a href="https://test-devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/86516/open-nrf-sdk-project-failed-syntaxeroor-uable-to-parse-json-string-how-to-solve-it/362683#362683"&gt;the other thread&lt;/a&gt;, unfortunately (that should be platform independent, though).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Note that&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;for nRF Connect SDK 2.0.0 Segger Embedded Studio (SES) will be deprecated as a IDE, so I recommend that you move away from SES and start using nRF Connect for VS Code, which is the supported IDE going forward.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
