&lt;p&gt;You need to get a logic analyzer trace to check the data on SPI (CSN, CLOCK, MISO and MOSI), then compare with the datasheet of the JDI display to check if the order of data is correct. Make sure that GND is connected between the boards, and that VDD is the same or close to the same voltage.&lt;/p&gt;
