Hi,

You can take a look the release notes under nRF5_SDK_14.1.0\components\softdevice\s132\doc. The S132 v5.1.0 requires Flash: 140 kB (0x23000 bytes), so the flash address should be stat from 0x23000.

Hi，

I am using the S132 v5.1.0 soft device, the content of the link description does not seem to be explained.

RAM has been adjusted to an appropriate size. Everything works fine when booting with flash address 0x23000. Due to insufficient flash resources, I would like to know if the FLASH startup address can be adjusted.

Hi,

What SD version are you using? Take a look at the Adjustment of RAM and Flash memory

You should modify the starting address according to the debug log indication.
