I think these are details you will need to find yourself from other sources, e.g. from the spec itself. From my understanding there should be random delays when doing advertisement, but I am not entirely sure if there are any specific requirement between advertising on several channels.

What should be the delay between advertising on each channel ? What does the BLE spec say ? Is this timing strict and can variation on this timing cause performance degradation (eg:- interference ) ?

A 1500us delay will work for all crystals, but if you instead check the HFCLKSTAT register then you don't need to wait for 1500us delay no.

2. I suggest to add the nrf_delay.h, this contain various delay functions that should be (af as I know) reliable.
