Then it could be that your DK is faulty, since the TP22 should be 3V.

Hi Radike,

The SB9 in nRF52840DK is shorted generally to bypass the U4 regulator:

And since you sample works only after shorting, then your U4 might be faulty. Could you check the Testpoint (TP 22)?
