I have already installed all the tools. I am getting some other error now

You must install it following the Getting started guide I linked to in my previous reply.

Hi,

The example in your picture is an nRF52840 DK example (PCA10056), so you cannot download it to nRF5340 DK. It is also from nRF5 SDK, which is not supported on nRF53. For nRF53 Series you must use nRF Connect SDK. Please see nRF Connect SDK Getting started for how to install and use this SDK, as well as Working with nRF53 Series.
