Getting Started with nRF9160 DK

Hello, thank you for your tutorial!

I followed all the steps of the tutorial, I was able to check all the points in the Getting started assistant. I use the NRF9160 DK. When i create an nrf connect sdk project I have an error that I don't understand. The terminal say :

I send to AT+CFUN,but terminal display to AC+CFUN=1,error.why？

Has anyone ever tried this on macOS? I'm not able to find the "nRF Connect SDK Project" option... The version of my embedded studio is v4.16. Any suggestions?

Very nice article! After launching LTE link monitor, i did reset DK and zephyr OS booted but its showing some error

[1;31m<err> net_if.net_if_init: There is no network interface to work with!

Nice Article, I have nRF9160-DK, trying to connect with network with sim card from another provider (They have CAT-M and NB-IoT coverage). I tried to connect module with LTE monitoring app, it always time out. When I tried with AT Client Application with these config and files.

but I am getting error, can be seen below.

During the installation, I varified every steps and working fine.

Anybody has similar problem ?

I was confused about the linux command “cd <sourcecode_root>”;
is there more detail about  sourcecode_root ,  
is  “sourcecode_root ”a folder?  
Cloud you please provide more description about sourcecode_root? 
My development environment is Ubuntu18.04; thanks

I'm trying to connect to the Bell-Jasper network in Canada but am unable to get the "at_client" application on the nRF9160DK to progress past the blinking LTE indicator of the "LTE Link Monitor" desktop application. In the package that Bell sent was included an APN address, however I do not know how to use it. The AT command doc has a section describing packet domain commands that include an APN address. Do I need to use these commands to connect with their LTE network?

Excellent tutorial.

I am in Japan, I have the kit but am unable to connect to the LTE-M network using the iBasis eSIM following the tutorial. Do need a different SIM in order to connect to the network here? Any recommendation would be appreciated.

Hello, thank you for the tutorial. Till step 3 of "Using LTE Link Monitor" everything works fine. I can connect to the board and can see zephyr booting.

But after this, no AT command is accepted, I allways get Error: AT+CFUN? timed out. This timeout I get to every AT command I tried. Does someone has an idea whats wrong?
