How do you download the installer for the command line tools? The installer I want shows up (e.g. nRF-Command-Line-Tools_10_11_1_Installer_64.exe) but I cannot click on it to initiate a download.

Is there any reason why I would be missing the .overlay file from part 2.2.5? I can find a .overlay file for spm and lte_ble_gateway but none for light_controller
