About Battery life in sleep mode and wake up mode

Hi,

I am trying to bring the nrf52 in sleep mode for 12 hours and broadcasting mode for other 12 hours. The idea behind it is to save the battery for longer life. What way should I go in order to achieve it without using external RTC.
