AGPS SUPL-C license was denied

Hello:

My project needs A-GPS function, so I made an application about "SUPL client library license signup"

but it was rejected:

Dear Harry,

your application for SUPL-C license has been denied.
Please click here to review the license agreement and contact Nordic tech support if you have any further questions.

Hello,

Is your email, [email protected], registered to your DevZone account? We have updated the landing page of SUPL download:

You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement

You must be a member of the DevZone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license

You must have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago.

Also, please make sure that you are using the same computer, browser and email address for signup and download.

Hi, Øyvind

I use my DevZone's email trying to apply SUPL-C license again(I make sure that I have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago),but it was still rejected. My DevZone's email is [email protected] was confused.
