I am using nrf52840 Eval kit and using keil to program it. I used example programes without soft device its working. However when i select soft device from drop down menu from load option i got error INTERNAL COMMAND ERROR.

Found the solution, just go to target driver setup after selecting st-link click on setting from there go to last tab named pack and just uncheck enable family pack.
