After updating the firmware on NRF9160 Connect DK LED 3 does not turn on and AT commands in LTE Link Monitor yield Error: AT timed out

When I have tried using NRF Connect Programmer I am using: nrf9160dk_asset_tracker_ltem_2021-12-15_cfedfdfa located in the img_fota_dfu_hex folder. I have also tried the asset_tracker_v2 in the same folder.

When using Segger I used the Asset Tracker sample located in the cellular projects.
