SPIO and GPIO of NetCore of nrf5340

I would like to use the GPIO and SPI NetCore of nRF5340. Is there any example code ?? Is it necessary to disable the GPIO and SPI of the AppCore of the nRF5340.

I am able to use project empty_app_core to resolve the conflict of GPIO between the AppCore and NetCore.

Glad that you were able to resolve it. The Empty Firmware is indeed used for this purpose.
