Thingy91: NFC sample reader

Hello, really sorry to worry you but I buy the thingy91 to send by LTE-M scan reads by NFC and I'm quite blocked because I connot find examples to help starting. Thanks for your help.

I think you might have missunder stood the capability's of the HW. The Thingy91 has a passive NFC tag, not a reader.

The THINGY91 is done with a nRF52840 that can have listen mode we cannot use it for this ?

Maybe you can explain the Goal of your project, and i can see if i can guide you to the relevant info. 

In short, the Thingy91 is a prototype platform that has to micro controllers on it, one nrf52840, it does USB, BLE and NFC actions for the device. Then you have the nRF9160 it does the LTE and GPS on the device. 

The NFC that is on the Thingy91 is connected to the nRF52840 so any examples will be running on the nRF52840, it is a passive NFC tag, and not a reader, so if you want a NFC reader then you need external hardware and attach it to the Thingy91.

Thanks for your comments and clear explanations. So for sure I need to connect a reader. In case of, do you have any documents or recommandations to attach a NFC Reader ? 

But I better understand now my fault reading too fast the thingy91 documentation :-(.
