CMSIS Configuration Wizard fails with Segger Embedded Studio V 6.20a

Hi, 
 I updated my Segger Embedded Studio for Arm from V 5.68 to V 6.20a. 
 Calling CMSIS Configuration Wizard fails with all examples with message : "Error starting process" 
 Any ideas?

Thank you for your quick answer. It is a pure Segger related stuff. They answered my same question in that way: 
 "The reported behaviour is known and a fix will be available with the next release. 
 For now we recommend to use V5.70a instead if you need the CMSIS Config Wizard."
