HI

I testing NRF9160 serial lte modem.Whether AT commands support NTP and HTTP file download (I don't care about HTTP protocol format)?

Hello,

as for HTTP, you can use these AT commands. For NTP, there are no AT commands. But you can use data mode and open an UDP socket for this.
