Height of the nRF52832 WLCSP

I can't find anywhere the height dimension for the nRF52832 WLCSP.

There is width, length but no height, what is the height of this product ?

Sorry, I meant depth.

Height and Width is specified in Product Specification but depth is not included.

What do you mean when you say 'depth'?
The full 3 dimensional mechanical specifications for the WLCSP package is indeed found in the product specification that mjj referenced. Please see section 51 Mechanical Specifications - WLCSP, 'sideview' / A/A3 measurements.
