EVENT_CHANNEL_CLOSED ?

Dear Members,

How can I scan continously if I loss the sensor,

I have made at this function :

static void ant_evt_handler(ant_evt_t * p_ant_evt, void * p_context)

case EVENT_CHANNEL_CLOSED:

but it's not scanning when it loss the sensor ,

Any clues ?

Hi

Are you only doing ANT scanning in your application? I think you can increase the priority of the ANT scanning/searching https://www.thisisant.com/resources/an11-ant-channel-search-and-background-scanning-channel/. If not, do you have any more details on what your application is doing exactly, and what's happening when it stops scanning?

Yes, the main task is scanning for sensors, in which file I can increase the priority of the ANT scanning ?

SVCALL(SVC_ANT_CHANNEL_LOW_PRIO_RX_SEARCH_TIMEOUT_SET, uint32_t, sd_ant_channel_low_priority_rx_search_timeout_set (uint8_t ucChannel, uint8_t ucTimeout)); ?

How can we use that ?

Hi

If you're not calling ant_search_init(), the stack will use the default search priority. By default I think ANT will first search in low priority mode, before moving to high priority after a defined amount of time. If you call ant_search_init() and set the high priority right away that should do the trick I'd think.

How can I use that function ? In which library ?
