how to create a RSA key for dfu ?

Could you show how you generated the keys  ? 
Have you tried to use imgtool to generate the keys ? It's described here.

Please check if you use python 3 when calling imgtool.py 

What the error telling is that "click" module is not installed in python.

can't find click

but it exist int D:\Program\v1.9.1\toolchain\opt\bin\Lib\site-packages\click

when i add two line,

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_cffi_backend'

Is there a separate exe program?

It's the click package that you need to installed in python3. 

Please make sure you only have python 3 installed , not python 2.7. 

Please try these and let me know the log on each command: 

pip3 freeze

python --version

python imgtool.py keygen -k file.pem -t rsa-2048
