No Device NRF52840 dongle detection on NRF Connect for Desktop!

Hy, i have problem with nrf connect for desktop. my nrf52840 not detect. i dont know.. i'm install toolcain for VS code and then my nrf not detect.

    Hi,

    Did it detect the dongle previously? Have you tried making the dongle go into bootloader mode? What operating system do you have?

    Please try the following:

    1. Uninstall J-Link
    2. Update nRF Command Line tools to v10.5.4
    3. Check if a new version of J-Link was installed with nRF Command Line tools by running the command nrfjprog -v
    4. If no version for J-Link is found or the version is something other than 7.58b, then download and install v7.58b from here

    It would be helpful with logs from the Programmer app with verbose logging enabled. Perform the following steps to get and upload the logs:

    1. Make sure the dongle is connected to your computer
    2. In Programmer go to the 'About' tab and enable verbose logging
    3. Select 'Restart with verbose logging'
    4. After the app restarts click on 'open log file' at the bottom of the terminal.
    5. Either save the log file somewhere and upload it here with Insert -> Image/video/file, or copy the contents of the log file and go to Insert -> Code then paste the log there.
