I have a NRF52840 USB dongle(https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF52840-Dongle); is Any possible to flash NRF52840 dongle with PTS Firmware Upgrade Software?

Hi

The PTS firmware is not Nordic Semiconductor's software I'm afraid, so you will have to ask the Bluetooth SIG for access to this firmware if you don't have it already. If you do, I'm guessing it can be flashed using the nRF Programmer app in nRF Connect for Desktop for example.
