I want to run BLE peripheral UART application on nRF51822. I have downloaded nrf5 SDK and S130 softdevice. I am using Keil5 and STlinkV2 for programming the device. The UART program gets compiled and downloaded successfully. But some error occurs in flashing softdevice. Kindly help me to solve this issue. Also, find the attached images for reference. Also I want to know RAM and ROM settings for Keil ide.

You likely have by accident tried to compile the softdevice, but you should only program the softdevice. To fix this:
First you need to download nRF5 SDK (v12.3 I assume) again from:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-software/nRF5-SDK/Download?lang=en#infotabs
Then copy \nRF5_SDK_12.3.0_d7731ad\components\softdevice\s130\hex\30_nrf51_2.0.1_softdevice.hex to your nRF5 SDK (same folder).
