When 52840 uses 2.4G protocol for transmission, can SPI be used to control UWB chip transmission at the same time?Do they use the same antenna?

Yes, if this is an external device with it's own antenna, then it should be possible.

Do they use the same antenna?

No, different frequencies will not allow same antenna.
