Not able to download nRF SDK in MacOs and accidentally closed my last raised ticket, Einar was helping to sort this out.M

Hello, I will repost my question from the closed thread:

You are able to download the file in the web browser on your mac, but not in the toolchain manager on your mac?

Is this correct?

And both of this is with the same internet connection?

I am trying to find the rc file but it seems like there isn't one. I am trying on my side here, will let you know once i get around this.

I'm not familiar with the file explorer on mac, but at least on linux files beginning with "." are hidden by default, so you might have to show all files or something like that to see it.

You should still be able to edit it though, and if it actually doesn't exist you can just make it.

after following the instructions, I executed the nrfjprog --version on the terminal and it gave the following answer:

ERROR: JLinkARM DLL load failed. Try again. If it keeps failing, please

ERROR: reinstall latest JLinkARM from Segger webpage.

NOTE: For additional output, try running again with logging enabled (--log).

NOTE: Any generated log error messages will be displayed.

Any comments from your side?

Full M1 Mac support for our tools is a work in progress, and unfortunately we are not able to give a time estimate on when it will be completed yet.

Have you tried installing JLink through the Universal Installer on this page?

If this doesn't solve your issue I'm afraid there's not much more I can do to help until M1 Macs are supported natively.
