There is no absolute maximum number of beacons you can receive/detect. The beacons are all advertising independently, so as long as they are all in range of the scanner/observer all should be detected after some time. 30 is a low number in this context so it should not be a problem, but with higher number of beacons and/or short advertising intervals and long advertising packets the number of collisions will increase and detection will take more time. Exactly how long time this would take is impossible to say, as it depends on several factors and you would need to do statistical calculations or simulations. See for instance this post.
