Yes ,  I reinstall the ncs1.9.1 many times, everytimes the NCS download folder and size is different.  the big problem is everytime the toolchain manager replay ok or finished. their will not feedback issure or incomplete. even you updata SDK , everytime you get the right reply, than you think the SDK or tooltain is ok.  But the fact is you NCS folde is lack something you can't know, you still can't open the project or compile right. This is the big bug for toolchain manager which i have found.

What version of the nRF connect for Desktop do you have? and could you enable the verbose logging and create a system report?
