core_cm33.h: No such file or directory

I use nRF Connect for Desktop download the NCS v1.9.1, and i use SES open "C:\ncs\v1.9.1\nrf\samples\nrf9160\location" expample, but when i want build this solution or build zephyr, it's reprot error as below: "core_cm33.h: No such file or directory"

do i need configurate something? why is not right set configuration when download NCS v1.9.1 ?

What version of the nRF connect for Desktop do you have? and could you enable the verbose logging and create a system report?

If you are still able to reproduce the issue.
