GPS and LTE(NBIoT) operations on the nRF9160-DK using AT commands

We are planning to evaluate concurrent GPS and LTE(NBIoT) operations on the nRF9160-DK using AT commands.

Please provide guidance on how to obtain GPS NMEA data and LTE data on a separate port. we are testing LTE(NBIoT) communication using the LTE Link monitor application and “at client” hex file by AT commands.

Hi,

We are following suggested document but some of AT commands are not working for GNSS-related operation.

we are testing GNSS related AT command with "nrf9160dk_at_client_2022-02-17_ec486dab.hex".

Please confirm that the nRF9160 supports concurrent GPS and LTE(NBIoT) operations.

The at_client sample does not support the GNSS AT commands.

The modem core itself doesn't have any GNSS AT commands. Those commands must be implemented on the application core. This is what is done in the Serial LTE Modem (SLM) application. If you want to use GNSS via AT commands, that is the application firmware you must use.
