turn off bluetooth of nrf52832

I think you oculd turn off Bluetooth settings but can't do anything with interrupts, why don't you put your sensors on interrupt?

You can disable the Softdevice using the Softdevice Manager Functions. If the softdevice is disabled, there will be no BLE activity, and you have access to all peripherals and priority levels. If the softdevice is enabled, some priorities and peripherals will be unavailable for the application. See System on Chip resource requirements and Interrupt model and processor availability.

You can control the interrupts from application, either through the NVIC peripheral or through the INTEN registers in each peripheral. See Interrupts for more details.
