DCDCEN1 FOR nRF52833

It enables the DCDC-mode (buck-converter) for REG1. See Regulator configuration examples and DCDCEN register description. 

Note that the DCDC regulator is only used during high loads (CPU, RADIO, etc), it will defaul to LDO-mode a lower loads. And that you need 4 extra external passive components to run in DCDC-mode.
