Questions to Distance Measurement

Hi, I have some questions regarding the nordic distance toolbox:

Can we use the distance measurement tool with 802.15.4?
if yes, how can the synchronisation be done with 802.15.4?
Is it possible to run 802.15.4 (for e.g. with thread) and do the distance measurement with BLE?

Can we use the distance measurement tool with 802.15.4?

The distance measurement currently is supported by Bluetooth. Here is the example nRF Distance Measurement with Bluetooth LE discovery

Is it possible to run 802.15.4 (for e.g. with thread) and do the distance measurement with BLE?

The Multi-Protocol Service Layer (MPSL) library can provide services for multiprotocol applications and allows the 802.15.4 radio driver to negotiate for transmission timeslots with the radio controller. See Multiprotocol support.
