i install F:
rf-command-line-tools 、 nRF Connect for Desktop 、 toolchain manager v0.10.3、 finally install "nrf connect SDK v1.91" in F:/ncs 
 and Follow a video tutorial to do the following "executables" setting 
 and get the title's trouble ,if i not do this i can't creat project

Hello, I'm very confused. What exactly are you trying to achieve? What video are you referring to? When using the Toolchain Manager, you should install the SDK to a short path e.g. C.\NCS\v1.9.1. Is F:\ on you computer a network drive? 
 What exactly is the issue you are having trouble with? 
 After installing nRF Connect SDK v1.9.1 using the Toolchain Manager, you should be able to open the Segger Embedded Studio from Toochain Manager. This will provide correct paths for nRF Connect in Options i.e. 
 
 From here it should build projects without issues. Are you getting any errors?
