nRFCloud Device Provision failed

Hello, 

I accidentally left the team I had all my devices on in an attempt to connect to a new team and transfer the devices there. I still have access to the account, but cannot see any devices.

I tried to re-provision them on the account I want to switch to (previous account owner has left the company), but I get the error: 

Thing NAMEHERE already exists in account with different attributes
I then tried to use the api key from the original account the devices were linked to, and got a different error:
The device certificate is already registered to a different tenant.
Any suggestions? Have I bricked my devices because they are associated with a team that is marooned?

    No, we should be able to fix this.

    Can you provide your user-id and if possible the team-id? Any other team members that can assist you?

    We might need the Device ID and PIN for each device, but I will get back to you on that.
