New design and I have a weird behaviour on the low voltage output of the internal LDO for CPU .
I have monitored DEC1 voltage on scope 
Thats all the supply pins, VDD-CPU is supplied from a 3.3V regulator that is completely stable- no noise
All of the LDO , dec outputs
I have run through pin numbers and all match up and your footprint for pcb is from your library (I use altium).
The only slight difference I can find , looking theough all your various schematics is that you connect the USB power input AD2 to GND and I have connected it to a separate decoupling cap . Although shorting this on pcb - still gave no changes.
Any ideas , what I have done wrong ?
And supply is only taking 6mA - so I don't think anything is shorting.
The device isn't programmed yet as it won't connect - I suspect due to the issue above
