Programmer 3.0.0 no longer allows writing a firmware using a Segger JLink without erasing

Dear Support,

I updated the nRF Connect for Desktop's Programmer to v3.0.0 and noticed that it is no longer possible to write a file to a nRF9160 using a Segger jLink without doing a full device erase.

It looks like this was intended as it is documented, but this makes the programmer almost useless for us, as this would wipe the device's production data and force us to re-do a time-consuming manufacturing process.

Considering that it was working fine prior to version 3.0.0, do you think that write without erasing could be added back in the next version?

Thank you by advance
