N.C.S V2.0.0 Profiler Casues compile error

Hi, 
 In the latest NCS V2.0.0 the profiler has been renamed but one of the sources hasn't and it causes a CMAKE error 
 https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/main/subsys/nrf_profiler/CMakeLists.txt

Hi Tom, Thanks for reporting this. I have forwarded it internally and it would be fixed in the next release.
