Can we scan paired ble devices rssi or data wit another devices

Hello Nordic Team

I have nrf sdk and i can scan ble devices from my computer. When i connected ble devices with my phone i couldn't see connected devices at NRF CONNECT on my desktop.

Is there any way for scanning paired/connected devices . Can we listen/or track connected devices via their radio waves.

You may use nRF sniffer for Bluetooth LE to sniff communication between two peers:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE

Though for this to work the nRF sniffer needs to be turned ON when initial connection is establised.
