Dear Bluetooth Mesh experts,
The Android app needs to monitor the accessibility of all mesh nodes. One way to implement it would be to add a ping message to the firmware, but that would only work with nodes that have the latest firmware running, beside that, any broadcasted acknowledged message should do. What message would be a good fit in terms of efficiency? (The message should cause as little work as possible on the nodes).
How would you implement it?
